From a weekly kart prep between race weekends or a full strip down, powered coat, alignment and corner weight GCR offers this services both to team members and non-team members.
Jigging and Alignment
We have recently invested in a new jig alignment flat bed which will allow us to set your kart back to the standard position using hydraulic presses and bespokely made tools
Welding
With various qualifications across the team in engineering we are able to weld your kart back together either to repair a damanaged join or as a prevention

We are delighted to be one of a few approved ROTAX Services Centres in the UK. We were the first engine builder to be trained by ROTAX in Austria and have invested in an all new facility for the 2026 season.

ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM
We are the first UK engine builder to introduce an online booking system for your engine allowing you to fully control your engines service, rebuilding and maintenance from the comfort of your own home.
